"We just had the Loomis team put an air conditioner and air handling unit in our old house and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The quote was more then fair for the job (remove a 50-year old commercial air conditioner from our attic and propose a new solution), and they completed the job faster than expected! Gary was the lead technician on the job, a not only was he really professional and thoughtful, he left our house cleaner than when he got their each day - no small feat considering he probably had to travel from our attic, through our kitchen, outside and back a hundred times a day. At the beginning of the project, I was really just hoping for something that was a little quieter than the crazy unit we had, and I am blown away with how quiet and cool our new handler and heat pump has been. "I used them for a recent furnace tune-up. Friendly worker who answered all my questions. I asked him to check the heat exchanger, as my furnace is approaching 20 years old and heat exchangers can crack over time. He used a borescope to view the heat exchanger and was able to view a small rust spot on a rivet. As an energy auditor and home inspector, I was sad to see the beginning stages of corrosion, but glad the worker took the time to thoroughly examine the unit. Would call again for service and would have them quote a new unit when that time comes."
